This exclusive Sidama bean has an intense fruity taste and floral aroma. Tasting notes of lime, peach and apricot followed by an aftertaste of dark chocolate, which balances the acidity and gives the coffee lots of body. The coffee is particularly suitable for French press, Aeropress and filter coffee. Ethiopia is often referred to as the birthplace of coffee and all other coffees descend from this region. Since many Ethiopian coffees still grow wild in both gardens and forest areas, you often get an extraordinarily unique taste experience that you rarely get from other industrialized coffee-producing countries.
