Exclusive coffee from Las Delicias, one of the highest located farms in the Jinotega region of Nicaragua. Javanica varietal grown at high altitude on the Las Colinas plot with natural shade from mandarin, banana and guava plants. Carefully harvested with only optimally ripe cherries used. After picking, berries are depulped and fermented in ceramic tanks, then dried for 13 days on raised beds under controlled sun and shade. The careful washed process highlights the coffee's natural character and ensures a clean and balanced cup. Fruity and floral nuances, silky mouthfeel and well-balanced acidity that harmonizes perfectly with natural sweetness. Suitable for both filter brewing and espresso.
