A modern dark roast 100% Arabica blend, perfect for a single espresso shot and excellent in milk-based drinks with a full and powerful taste. A blend of 50% Nicaragua (shade-grown Caturra, Catuai from Nicaragua's rainforests) and 50% Brazil (Fazenda Progresso). Clean taste, natural sweetness, sweetness and needed softness and creaminess from the Nicaraguan beans, and dark chocolate notes from the Brazilian beans.
