Etiopien

Ethiopia is considered by most to be the country where coffee originally comes from. Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU) represents over 300,000 families and indirectly supports more than 15 million people in Ethiopia. The coffee is washed, which gives a clean and clear coffee that highlights the delicate acidic and floral notes. The plants are naturally inherited and the botanical variety is called Heirloom.
