The farm Finca Industrial is owned by Ciriaco Larco Casihue Velasque. He took over the farm in 2000 and operates it with his wife. Coffee cultivation runs in Larco's family, his 4 brothers are also all coffee farmers. His uncle was also a coffee farmer and was the reason Larco chose to grow coffee instead of other crops such as oranges. The land is approximately 40 hectares and yields approximately 900 bags of green coffee beans per year. The farm grows several different coffee varieties including red and yellow Catuai. The farm has facilities for the entire processing process. So Larco can ensure that all processes meet their quality requirements. So the farm has both a washing station and space for subsequent drying. In addition, they have built a covered greenhouse to create optimal conditions for germination of new coffee plants. The coffee has an incredibly clean character and offers pleasant notes of citrus, brown sugar and floral notes. The coffee scores a full 84 points on a 100-point scale.
