Mexico Maragogype

Washed Maragogype from small farmers in Edelmira Coffees network in the highlands of Chiapas, southern Mexico. Farms located at approximately 1,300–2,000 meters altitude where coffee is shade-grown. Clean, structured interpretation of this large-bean variety. Super creamy in the cup, caramel-sweet and citrus-forward, with clarity and freshness and a long, syrupy aftertaste. Roasted slightly darker to function as both espresso and filter coffee.
